This is the only official Canaprep address. Anything claiming to be us from another
domain is not us.
We usually reply within one business day. Kits are fabricated to order, so
questions about lead time are worth asking before you buy, not after.
What we can help with
- An order or a pre-order
- Whether your kit has been built yet, when it ships, and what the current lead time is.
Include the email address you ordered with.
- Which kit fits your situation
- Tell us roughly where you are, whether you have grid power today, and how many people you
are covering. We will tell you honestly if the answer is "the cheaper one".
- The daily briefing or a guide
- If a link in the news feed is dead, or something in a guide looks wrong, say so — we would
rather correct a page than leave a bad one up.
- Something we do not sell
- We would rather point you elsewhere than guess. Preparedness advice that is wrong is worse
than no advice.
